What cookies are

Categories Tropical Seeds may use

• Strictly necessary: security, network management, load balancing, consent choices, shopping-cart and checkout functions. These are needed to provide a requested service.
• Functional: language, region, form progress, saved preferences and optional features.
• Analytics: aggregated or individual usage patterns that help Tropical Seeds understand performance, navigation and content effectiveness.
• Marketing: campaign measurement, audience building and more relevant communications, where permitted.
• AI and support: technologies that maintain Terra AI or customer-support sessions, prevent abuse and remember interaction state.

Service providers

Commerce, forms, CRM, hosting, security, video, maps, social media or AI providers may set or read technologies when their features are enabled. Their own notices provide additional information about their practices.

The technologies used may change as services evolve. Tropical Seeds will update this policy when providers, purposes or material cookie practices change.

Your choices

Where required, the production website will ask for a choice before using non-essential cookies and will provide a way to change that choice later. Declining optional categories should not block basic browsing or checkout functions, although some optional features may work differently.

Browser settings can block or delete cookies. Industry or browser-based privacy signals, including Global Privacy Control where legally applicable, should be honored by the production consent setup. A browser setting may not control every similar technology.

Shopify, HubSpot and embedded content

Shopify may use cookies needed for storefront security, cart, checkout, customer accounts, analytics and customer-privacy settings. HubSpot may use cookies for consent records, sessions, forms, analytics and communications depending on the features enabled. The production configuration—not the platform’s full catalog—will determine which technologies apply here.

Opening embedded media or a third-party link may allow that provider to collect information under its own notice. Tropical Seeds will avoid loading non-essential embedded technologies before consent where required.
