Our commitment

Tropical Seeds is designing the production website with the goal of conforming to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. Accessibility is treated as continuing work—not a one-time claim of perfection.

The goal applies to core public content, navigation, quote and contact forms, the online store and Terra AI experience. Where an experience cannot immediately be made accessible, Tropical Seeds will work to provide a reasonable alternative.

Measures built into the experience

• Clear heading structure, meaningful page titles and consistent navigation.
• Keyboard access, visible focus states and controls that do not rely on a mouse alone.
• Readable contrast, resizable text, responsive reflow and support for zoom.
• Alternative text for meaningful images and captions or transcripts for important video content.
• Labels, instructions and understandable error feedback for forms.
• Reduced-motion support and controls for movement that may distract or create discomfort.
• Plain-language product and policy content, with technical terms explained where practical.

Testing and maintenance

Tropical Seeds combines automated checks with keyboard, screen-reader, zoom, contrast and mobile testing on representative pages and transactional flows. New templates, content and integrations are reviewed as the site evolves.

Accessibility cannot be evaluated reliably from a score alone. Human testing and feedback from people with disabilities should guide remediation priorities.

Third-party experiences

Some features may be provided by third parties, including Shopify checkout, HubSpot forms, embedded documents, video, social media and AI services. Tropical Seeds will select and configure these tools with accessibility in mind, but does not control every aspect of an independent provider’s experience.

Feedback and assistance

If content or a feature is difficult to access, please use the Contact page and identify the page, the problem encountered, the assistive technology or browser used if relevant, and the preferred way to receive the information. Tropical Seeds will acknowledge the request, investigate and work to provide the content or service through an accessible alternative.
